- You operate, control and monitor the equipment in our pilot line and ensure reliable operation.
- You carry out regular equipment checks and quality inspections and identify deviations at an early stage.
- You analyse the causes of malfunctions and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- You perform necessary maintenance, cleaning and servicing tasks.
- You carefully and transparently document operating data, production volumes and malfunction reports.
- You consistently observe occupational safety, quality, environmental and operational protection requirements and contribute to a safe working environment.
- You work closely with the Maintenance and Process Development teams and actively contribute to process optimization.

- You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage.

cylib is a German battery recycling company that emerged from research at RWTH Aachen University in 2022. With an integrated network of sites, we bring together research and development at our headquarters in Aachen, dismantling and mechanical processing in Wernberg-Köblitz, and hydrometallurgical processing in Dormagen (in ramp-up). Our goal: building a resilient European value chain through the recovery of high-quality materials for sustainable batteries.
