Your mission

You will support our HR team in day-to-day operations and administration along the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding.
This includes communicating with external talents, creating presentations for further education and training as well as internal communication on any concerns and requests from our employees.
You proactively contribute your ideas and help to ensure smooth and efficient processes and their optimization.
You will take responsibility for administrative tasks, such as maintaining data, creating certificates and contract documents or formulating job advertisements.
You will take responsibility for your own smaller HR projects, e.g. in the area of recruiting or employee engagement, and implement them successfully.
You will work together with other teams and provide support at various interfaces.

Your profile

You are enrolled in business administration, humanities, social sciences or a similar degree program.
Ideally, you have gained initial experience in HR and recruiting.
You are confident in using common programs such as MS Office, knowledge of Personio is a plus.
You have very good communication skills and enjoy interacting with applicants and employees.
You are characterized by a structured way of working, organizational skills and the ability to work in a team.
You work independently, reliably and with a high degree of initiative.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
At best, you will be available for 16 to 20 hours per week.

About us

cylib is a research-based German scaleup for holistic battery recycling - starting from discharging to recovery of all components of the lithium battery - that was founded in Aachen in 2022 by three visionary founders, including a female CEO.

Our process

The cylib process offers a complete end-to-end process from battery pack to green battery material by employing a combination of mechanical and thermal pre-treatments and an innovative water-based lithium and graphite recovery. Unlike incumbents, cylib can therefore recover battery materials such as lithium, graphite or manganese. The process was developed over several years of research at the renown RWTH Aachen University and offers an efficient, resource- and climate friendly recovery of all battery materials from end-of-life batteries.

cylib's technology enables the recovery of all battery components regardless of whether it is an end-of-life battery or not. Recovery of green secondary raw materials from the cylib process enables the realization of the true Circular Economy on the European market.

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unser HR Team im operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles vom Recruiting bis hin zum Offboarding.
Dazu gehören unter anderem die Kommunikation mit externen Talenten, die Erstellung von Präsentationen für Weiterbildungen und Schulungen sowie die interne Kommunikation zu jeglichen Anliegen und Anfragen unserer Mitarbeitenden.
Du bringst deine Ideen proaktiv ein und trägst damit zu reibungslosen und effizienten Prozessen und deren Optimierung bei.
Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich administrative Tätigkeiten, zum Beispiel die Pflege von Daten, das Erstellen von Zeugnissen und Vertragsdokumenten oder die Formulierung von Stellenausschreibungen.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene kleinere HR-Projekte, z.B. im Bereich Recruiting oder Employee Engagement, und setzt diese erfolgreich um.
Du arbeitest mit anderen Teams zusammen und unterstützt an verschiedenen Schnittstellen.

Dein Profil

Du bist eingeschrieben in Betriebs-, Geistes- oder Gesellschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang.
Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im HR- und Recruiting-Bereich gesammelt.
Du bringst Kenntnisse im sicheren Umgang mit gängigen Programmen wie MS Office mit, Kenntnisse in Personio sind ein Plus.
Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Kontakt mit Bewerber:innen und Mitarbeitenden.
Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
Du arbeitest eigenständig, zuverlässig und mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
Du stehst bestenfalls 16 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche zur Verfügung.

Unser Prozess

Der cylib-Prozess bietet einen kompletten End-to-End-Prozess vom Batteriepack bis zum grünen Batteriematerial, indem es eine Kombination aus mechanischer und thermischer Vorbehandlung sowie eine innovative Lithium- und Graphitrückgewinnung auf Wasserbasis einsetzt. Im Gegensatz zu den etablierten Unternehmen kann cylib daher Batteriematerialien wie Lithium, Graphit oder Mangan zurückgewinnen. Das Verfahren wurde in mehrjähriger Forschungsarbeit an der RWTH Aachen entwickelt und bietet eine effiziente, ressourcen- und klimafreundliche Rückgewinnung aller Batteriematerialien aus Altbatterien.

Die Technologie von cylib ermöglicht die Rückgewinnung aller Batteriekomponenten, unabhängig davon, ob es sich um eine End-of-Life-Batterie oder Produktionsausschuss handelt. Die Rückgewinnung grüner Sekundärrohstoffe aus dem cylib-Prozess ermöglicht die Verwirklichung einer echten Kreislaufwirtschaft auf dem europäischen Markt.
